What we collect
The photos you upload, your email address, your payment status, and basic usage data needed to run and improve the service.
How your photos are used
Your photos are used to produce your videos and nothing else. We do not train models on them and we do not sell them. State clearly which processors receive them and where those processors operate.
Third parties
List every processor by name and purpose: the payment provider, the generation provider, the email provider, the hosting and storage provider, and any analytics. Have a data processing agreement in place with each.
How long we keep things
State concrete retention periods for source photos, generated videos and account data, and how a customer deletes them.
Your rights
Describe how someone requests access, correction, export or deletion, and how quickly you respond.
Photographs of people who have died
Many customers upload photos of relatives who have died. Say plainly how those images are handled and how a family member can have them removed.
