2. AI image processing

Wunderphoto uses artificial intelligence to restore, enhance, and transform images.

When you upload an image:

• processing occurs solely to provide the requested functionality;
• generated images may be stored in your account until you delete them or your account is deleted.

We process uploaded content only to provide the Services you request unless you separately consent to another use.

Because artificial intelligence is inherently probabilistic, generated outputs may differ between requests and may contain inaccuracies or unintended artifacts.

3. Photographs of people who have died

Many of the photographs uploaded to Wunderphoto show relatives and friends who have died. We know that, and we handle those images the same way we handle everything else you upload: they are used only to produce the results you asked for, they are never used to train AI models, and they are never sold.

You can delete any photograph, and any result made from it, from your account at any time.

If you are a family member or the legal representative of someone shown in a photograph held here, and you would like that image removed, write to info@wunderphoto.com. You do not need an account with us to make that request, and we will act on it.

We use information to:

• provide and operate the Service;
• generate AI-powered image restorations and enhancements;
• create and manage user accounts;
• authenticate users;
• process payments;
• provide customer support;

Uploaded images may be automatically deleted after processing or retained within your account until removed by you.
